As a founding partner of JWB Real Estate Capital, Alex Sifakis is the company’s visionary. A respected national real estate voice, Alex's genius has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and several more publications. He speaks nationally at various institutional real estate conferences such as IMN and FICON. Also a community leader, Alex is an active participant in Leadership Jacksonville, was recognized as one of Jacksonville’s “40 Under 40,” sits on various event and non-profit boards, and is a regular real estate commentator on Jacksonville news and radio stations. Alex resides in Atlantic Beach, FL with his wife, Britt, and their sons, Sawyer & Shepherd.
Adam Eiseman
Secretary of the JWB Cares Board of Directors
Adam has run the day to day operations of JWB Companies since October 2013. Afforded the opportunity to work with all areas of the business and every JWB teammate over the years, Adam has served as a utility player and coach. Under his direction, JWB has become the largest home buyer in Northeast Florida and one of the premier turnkey rental home providers in the country. With a background in sales and service stemming from his 5 years leading the Houston Astros ticket office, he’s helped to build the “Clients First” and “Under Promise Over Deliver” value system exemplified by all facets of the business. In recent years, Adam has ventured into formal leadership coaching with the JWB teammates in addition to being the primary driver behind JWB Cares. Adam lives in Jacksonville Beach with his wife Jillian, their daughter Blakely, and their chocolate lab Riley.
Adam Rigel
Treasurer of the JWB Cares Board of Directors
After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, Adam Rigel became a managing partner with JWB Real Estate Capital in 2007. Cash flow management is the key to healthy financials, but Rigel truly believes that the key to a healthy business is a focus on hiring and developing top talent along with a dynamic company culture. Following this strategy, Rigel helped JWB Real Estate Capital earn the award for “Best Places to Work” nine times by the Jacksonville Business Journal, Inc. Magazine and Florida Trend Magazine. Rigel has also been recognized as a top CFO by the Jacksonville Business Journal. Rigel lives in Neptune Beach, FL, with his wife, Amanda, and their four sons: Cooper, Hudson, Griffin and Everett.
Gregg Cohen

As a founding partner of JWB Real Estate Capital, Gregg Cohen was an integral part in growing the company from humble beginnings to serving over 1400 clients worldwide with total assets under management of over $450 million. Cohen’s recipe for success in business includes a belief that whatever is measured gets improved and a true passion for creating passive income for clients. Cohen and his team have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, The Jacksonville Business Journal, The Florida Times-Union, Advantage Business Magazine, The Jacksonville Daily Record, and Entrepreneur Anchor Magazine. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Florida and currently lives in Atlantic Beach, FL, with his wife, Alejandra, their daughter Isabella, and son Cameron.
